Mr. Saarenketo is co-founder and Managing Director of Roadscanners Oy. He has 17 years' experience in GPR applications acquired during his career in the Finnish road administration. He is also active in researching the properties of road materials. Mr. Saarenketo has written numerous scientific papers and articles on the strength and deformation properties of road materials, their testing methods, and GPR applications, e.g. for road and highway condition monitoring, pavement quality control and subgrade evaluation.
